Data show the superior performance of the new Phospho-STAT1 (Y701) Assay compared to the previous version of the assay.
Data show that treatment of B cells with IFNα2b stimulates phosphorylation of STAT1 at Y701.
Data show that treatment of HeLa cells with JAK Inhibitor 1 inhibits phosphorylation of STAT1 at Y701 by IFNα2b.
The Z’-factor value of 0.91 indicates that the assay in HeLa cells is robust and suitable for HTS.
Data show that treatment of B cells with IFNα2b stimulates phosphorylation of STAT1 at Y701.
Data show that treatment of B cells with JAK Inhibitor 1 inhibits phosphorylation of STAT1 at Y701 by IFNα2b.
