Data show that treatment of MCF7 cells with Calyculin A stimulates phosphorylation of TBK1/NAK at S172.
Data show that treatment of MCF7 cells with BX-795 inhibits phosphorylation of TBK1/NAK at S172 by Calyculin A.
The Z’-factor value of 0.70 indicates that the assay is robust and suitable for HTS.
Data show a linear relationship between lysate dilutions and TR-FRET ratio values.
Data show the robustness of the assay following overnight incubation.
