Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Total BTK (both phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated) in cell lysates. This kit can be used to normalize data obtained with the Phospho-BTK (Y223) kit. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet. Detailed assay protocols are described in the Generic User Manual.
