Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Total JNK1/2/3 in cell lysates. This kit can be used to normalize data obtained with the Phospho-JNK1/2/3 (T183/Y185) kit. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet. Detailed assay protocols are described in the Generic User Manual.

Data show that treatment of HEK293 cells with Anisomycin stimulates phosphorylation of JNK1/2/3 at T183/Y185 but does not affect the levels of total JNK1/2/3.
Data show that treatment of HEK293 cells with BX 795 inhibits phosphorylation of JNK1/2/3 at T183/Y185 by Anisomycin, but does not affect the levels of total JNK1/2/3.
Data show a linear relationship between lysate dilutions and TR-FRET ratio values.
