Stimulation of Phospho-MEK1 (S218-S222) in Hela cells

Data show that treatment of HeLa cells with PMA stimulates phosphorylation of MEK1 at S218/S222, but does not affect the levels of total MEK1.

Inhibition of Phospho-MEK1 (S218-S222) in HeLa cells

Data show that treatment of HeLa cells with L779,450 inhibits phosphorylation of MEK1 at S218/S222 by PMA, but does not affect the levels of total MEK1.

Data show a linear relationship between lysate dilutions and TR-FRET ratio values.
