Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Total NF-κB (both phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated NF-κB) in cell lysates. This kit can be used to normalize data obtained with the Phospho-NF-κB (S536) kit. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet. Detailed assay protocols are described in the Generic User Manual.

Data show that treatment of HeLa cells with TNFα stimulates phosphorylation of NF-kB at S536, but does not affect the levels of total NF-kB

Data show a linear relationship between lysate dilutions and TR-FRET ratio values
