Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Total p53 in cell lysates. This kit can be used to normalize data obtained with the Phospho-p53 (S15) kit. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet. Detailed assay protocols are described in the Generic User Manual.

Data show that treatment of HEK293 cells with Etoposide stimulates phosphorylation of p53 at S15, but does not affect the levels of total p53
