Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Total STAT5 (both phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated) in cell lysates. This kit can be used to normalize data obtained with the Phospho-STAT5 (Y694/Y699) kit. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet. Detailed assay protocols are described in the Generic User Manual.

Data show that treatment of A431 cells with EGF stimulates phosphorylation of STAT5 at Y694/Y699, but does not have a major effect on the levels of total STAT5

Data show a linear relationship between lysate dilutions and TR-FRET ratio values
