




Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Arg567 of human TNIK protein. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.

Immunoprecipitation of TNIK protein from SK-MEL-28 cell extracts. Lane 1 is 10% input, lane 2 is Normal Rabbit IgG #2729, and lane 3 is TNIK Antibody.
