Trap 101 is a selective and potent nociceptin/orphanin FQ (NOP) receptor antagonist. The NOP receptor is also known as KOR-3 receptor. Trap 101 displays selectivity over classical opioid receptors (pKi values are 8.65, 6.60, 6.14 and < 5 for KOR-3, μ-, κ-, and δ-opioid receptors respectively).
