V-PLEX SARS-CoV-2 Panel 6 (ACE2) Kit (5 PL)

The V-PLEX SARS-CoV-2 Panel 6 (ACE2) Kit is a multiplex neutralization assay that measures the antibodies capable of blocking the binding of angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) to the SARS-CoV-2 Spike and RBD antigens. The Panel serves as a high-throughput alternative to traditional neutralization assays. It includes seven (7) important antigens related to SARS-CoV-2, including new variants of the SARS-CoV-2 virus: SARS-CoV-2 N, SARS-CoV-2 S1 RBD, SARS-CoV-2 Spike, SARS-CoV-2 Spike (P.1), SARS-CoV-2 Spike (D614G), SARS-CoV-2 Spike (B.1.351), SARS-CoV-2 Spike (B.1.1.7).
