BD™ Cytometric Bead Array (CBA) Wash Buffer

The BD CBA Wash Buffer is intended to be used with the BD CBA Flex Set assays for wash steps and to resuspend beads for analysis.   Wash Buffer contains Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS), Tween-20 and Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS). The visual appearance of Wash Buffer may vary from clear to cloudy when stored in cold temperatures for extended periods of time.  The cloudy appearance may be removed by warming the bottle or by passing the Wash Buffer through a 0.45 or 0.20 micron filter.
