TheraPEAK® X-VIVO® 15 is a high performing media that provides nutritionally adequate and balanced environments for a variety of hematopoietic cells including:
- T cells
- Natural killer cells (NK)
- Peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL)
- Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL)
- Dendritic cells (DC)
- Human monocytes
- Macrophage cells
TheraPEAK® X-VIVO® 15 Media are mostly known for its ability to support the proliferation of purified CD3+ cells isolated from peripheral blood and human tumors making it well suited for CAR-T applications.
TheraPEAK® X-VIVO® 15 Media are similar in composition to X-VIVOTM 10 Media but is better suited for rapidly growing cells, specifically cells of the immune system.
All TheraPEAK® Products are produced according to applicable GMP standards and follow the USP/EP guidance for cell and gene therapy raw materials. It is the end user's responsibility to ensure full compliance with local regulations in terms of safety assessments and effective removal prior to patient exposure.
TheraPEAK® Media Products are produced according to applicable GMP raw material standards and are intended to support GMP manufacturing. TheraPEAK® Media Products are produced at FDA registered manufacturing sites with an ISO 13485 certified quality management system.
