Negative control for AAF-CMK Negative control for serine protease inhibitor AAF-CMK which inhibits tripeptidyl peptidase II (TPPII), a giant protease which may substitute for some proteasome functions. Blockage of the N-terminus by the Benzyloxycarbonyl or “Z” group abolishes the activity of the AAF-CMK inhibitor.
